3. Intellectual Property & Subscription Restrictions
All content, formatting, metrics, and text published by Vantage Options Group are protected by intellectual property laws. Subscriptions are for individual, single-user use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, or sharing our live transaction logs or premium data in any public or private forum (including Discord, social media, or other newsletters) without express written consent. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

4. Fees, Billing, and No-Refund Policy
If you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription tier, billing is handled securely via Stripe. All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account settings to prevent future billing cycles.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Options Group, its owners, and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or trading deficits resulting from your use of or reliance on our publication.

6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue any portion of this publication, including tracking baselines or posting frequency, at any time without prior notice.
